The main purpose of the delegation visit is the strengthening of the economical cooperation between Tottori prefecture and Primorsky Krai

VLADIVOSTROK. May 28. VOSTOK MEDIA – The delegation of Tottori prefecture (Japan) with the mayor of Sakaiminato Kacudzi Nakamura at the head visited Primorsky Krai. The press service of the Primosky Parlament reported that in the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Krai the Japanese mayor met with the speaker of the Regional Parlament Victor Gorchakov.

According to Kacudzi Nakamura the main purpose of the delegation visit is the strengthening of the economical cooperation between Tottori prefecture and Primorsky Krai. According to the chairman of the Regional Parlament Victor Gorchakov the economic relations between Primorsky Krai and Japanese Western prefectures will be strengthened.

The speaker of the Regional Parlament thanked the head of the delegation for serious contribution to the development of the relations between Primorsky Krai and Japanese Western prefectures. Mr. Kacudzi Nakamura noted that Russia and Japan had tight trade and economic contacts.

Today we make efforts to connect Western part of Japan with Russian Far East and we are working on organization of maritime traffic – said mr. Kacudzi Nakamura. According to Japanese diplomats, the project of the ferry’s line connecting Vladivostok (Russia) Tonkhe (South Korea) and Sakai-minato (Japan) will contribute to the development of new logistic routes and will become a basis for the development of economic cooperation.
