Over 300 Violations of Subsurface Resources Management Legislation Detected in Far Eastern Federal District

KHABAROVSK. June 4. VOSTOK MEDIA – Over 300 violations of the legislation about subsurface resources management in the sphere of mining, processing and turnover of the precious metals and stones were found during the check made by General Prosecutor’s Office in the Far Eastern Federal District.

I t is possible for local subdivision of the Federal Agency on Subsoil Usage to commit violations during licensing of the Earth's interior.

There are some cases when enterprises malefactors could not include instructions about elimination of violations which contradict the missions of the state geological control and the order of control check results execution made by the state geological control.

During the control the prosecutors of the Far Eastern Federal District include 147 statements at the conclusion of which 28 officials brought to disciplinary responsibility.

The deputy general procecutor of Russian Federation Yuri Gulagin included statements to the directors of the Russian Technical Supervisory Authority and the Federal Agency on Subsoil Usage.
