The preliminary vote count was released in the Primorsky Krai. The Primorsky Krai Election Commission told Vostok Media, Bogdanov won 1.61% of votes, Zhirinovsky – 13.42%, Zyuganov – 19.91% and Medvedev – 63.5%.
The voting turnout accounted for 60% of the listed electorate that exceeds the turnout at the Parliamentary elections on December 2, 2007.
The turnout in Primorye was higher than on Sakhalin and Kamchatka but lower than in the Khabarovsk Krai and Amur Oblast.
