KHABAROVSK. June 30. VOSTOK-MEDIA – A new nourishing ‘item’ will appear in the ‘menu’ for swimming birds and semi-aquatic animals of Khabarovsk Krai. Here the effort got underway to expand the habitat of Indian rice - Zizania latifolia, which will variegate and increase food resources for forest reservoirs inhabitants.
Seed and vegetative material will be collected from the reservoirs of interfluve between Simmi and Harpin which is adjacent to Bolonskiy Nature Reserve.
