VLADIVOSTOK. February 4. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Dalnegorsk mayor has forwarded a letter from the Chairman of the United Russia political party Vladimir Putin to Dalnegorsk resident Zoya Istomina, a librarian at a local school.
A spokesman for Dalnegorsk Administration said Zoya Istomina addressed a letter on private matters to the community liaison office of Vladimir Putin. Zoya Istomina did not disclose the contents of the letter.
