VLADIVOSTOK. February 25. VOSTOK-MEDIA – At least 13 were killed and 50 injured in factory explosion in the North China’s province Hebei Wednesday, Xinhua daily reports.
The death toll may yet rise as five workers are still missing.
The private factory produces mainly starch and glucose, the daily wrote. The police has launched an investigation into the accident.
No hazardous chemical spills have been reported.
