BLAGOVESHCHENSK. March 12. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Amur Oblast schoolchildren will participate in President’s Cup contest. In Blagoveshchensk the sports event will be held from May 11 through 15th. The local Government has formed an organizing committee; heads of municipalities has been assigned to organize school-wide, city-wide and oblast-wide stages of the competition as well as to provide financial assistance to the winning teams in the oblast-wide stage.
President’s Cup contest is a Russia-wide sports event, which includes all-around, creative contest, futsal, table tennis, swimming, street basketball and other sports. The winners in the oblast-wide stage will participate in the final nation-wide stage of the competition.
