VLADIVOSTOK. August 25. VOSTOK-MEDIA – North Korea is deploying troops and artillery near Pyongyang, South Korean defense ministry said Tuesday.
The amassing of military forces near its capital is likely to be a part of North Korea’s preparation for a military parade marking the upcoming meeting of its ruling party in September, and the 65th anniversary of the partys founding in October, Gazeta.ru wrote.
