VLADIVOSTOK. September 8. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The Russian dredger Anabar is reported as being in distress in the Sea of Japan, Vladivostok Maritime Rescue Center said in a statement.
Reportedly, the ship ran into a severe storm Tuesday and was cast on some rocks off Moneron Island.
