December 21. VOSTOK-MEDIA situation with the lack of places in kindergartens Sakhalin region must radically break in the next three years. This requires to develop a separate provincial program for the construction of buildings for pre-school. This task was put to the members of the regional government today by the governor Alexander Khoroshavin.
