PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY. June 17. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Last week in Moscow, OAO "RAO Energy Systems of the East" held a workshop on harmonization of concepts of economic and legal proposals for the development of heat supply in the area of responsibility of "Kamchatskenergo" in 2012-2016 years.
The concept was developed in fulfillment of a list of instructions of the President on development of proposals for a comprehensive modernization and development of utilities and energy sector in a decentralized energy DFO. The concept involves the joint development of Kamchatka and the government of "Kamchatskenergo" the heating system in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Elizovo, Milkovo, Ust-Bolsheretsk areas, which would solve the basic problem of the energy sector in the region.
