Vladivostok. June 17. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Astronomers have recorded on the Sun a powerful burst of energy over the past five years. The flow of plasma escaping from the interior, looked like giant jellyfish or fire a ball of dirt thrown up by someone and then upward to the surface plyuhnuvshiysya stars, scientists have told NASA. Dipping, plasma fungus covered almost half of the solar disk.
"It was pretty dramatic sight - said the coordinator of the U.S. Center for prediction of cosmic phenomena, Bill Murtagh. - Initial outbreaks were relatively small compared with the eruption of prominences associated with them. We recorded a strong flow of radioactive particles, and calculated that the mass release was very significant."
