VOSTOK-MEDIA - On Monday, during a video bridge Moscow - St. Petersburg State Duma Deputy Yelena Mizulina reported on amendments that are up to 19 September this year a special working group is planning to introduce a bill "On the basis of the health of citizens in the Russian Federation." Already in November are going to consider the bill on second reading. The document envisages a total restriction of abortion, which may be the last "gift" to their present female voters.
