VOSTOK-MEDIA - A young man was detained on Saturday, after having fired on the car of Deputy Governor Dmitry Bratynenko near the hotel "Strawberry Hills" in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.Presumably the perpetrator shot at dodge with traumatic weapons. None of those who were in the car were injured. The perpetrator confessed. Perhaps his actions will be regarded as disorderly conduct, according to news agency Sakh.com.
