The Opposition of Primorskiy Krai Plans to Organize Protest Rally Again

VLADIVOSTOK. April 1. VOSTOK-MEDIA – City hall and administration of Primorskiy Krai received an application concerning holding a rally in defense of right-hand drive cars, disagreement with the rise in import car taxes and dissatisfaction at RF Government. The rally will be held on April 12, 2009.
According to the one of the organizers of the prior protest actions in Vladivostok – Anastasia Zagoruiko – the rally will begin at ‘Korabel’naya Naberezhnaya’ in Vladivostok at 11:00 am, local time.
The rally was caused by the technical regulations bill suggested by some deputies from ‘United Russia’, that is virtually prohibits import of right-hand drive cars.
According to Anastasia Zagoruiko, residents of Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Fokino, Nakhodka, Arsenyev, St. Petersburg and some other cities will join the action.
The rally consists of three parts: signing of documents, rally and flash mob.
