New Year Holidays

VLADIVOSTOK. 1 December. VOSTOK-MEDIA. New Year holidays are planned for 10 days. The first working day is to be on January, 11. The first working week will be of 6 days. December, 31, 2008 is announced to be a working day as well. According to Labour law January, 1-5 and January, 7 are days off. Give January, 3 and 4 are Saturday and Sunday, January 6 and 8 are planned to be days off. Besides, Chairman of the Russian Government, Vladimir Putin signed a decree to change a day off January, 11 for January, 9. Thus, New Year holidays will last from January, 1 until January, 10 inclusive.
