Week of Tottori to Take Place in Primorsky Krai
A series of events will be held within the “Week of Tottori”, including an exhibition of photographs and pieces of decorative art as well as performances
VLADIVOSTOK. September 2. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The Government of the Tottori prefecture, Japan, which is on friendly terms with Primorsky Krai, will hold a series of events within “Week of Tottori” in Vladivostok to promote its tourist spots.
Japanese culture enthusiasts will be able to visit the exhibition of photographs and pieces of decorative art of the Tottori prefecture. The exhibit will be held in the Consolidated State Museum of Primorye, Named after V.K.Arsenyev. Shinji Hirai, Governor of Tottori prefecture will tell the visitors about tourist sights of the prefecture as well as its residents, folk art and cultural traditions.
In addition, residents of Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai will be able to see performances of the creative group from Nagano Nishi High School. The performances will feature a traditional Japanese stringed instrument Koto.
