Resettlement of Russky Island Residents Began

VLADIVOSTOK. July 3. VOSTK-MEDIA – The expropriation of real properties located on the APEC summit construction sites in Ajax village has begun, said Yuri Petrov, Executive Vice President of the “Far-Eastern direction of Rosstroy”.
“The Ministry of Regional Development has issued an order to expropriate by buying out real properties located on the APEC summit construction sites in Ajax village. The order stipulates to acknowledge owners of real properties about procedure for withdrawal of property as appropriate, prepare all necessary documentation and file actions with a court in case of a dispute with owners” – said Yuri Petrov.
As the construction of Far Eastern Federal University in Ajax village proceeds, 11 residential houses, 6 private properties , 11 boat garages, 11 communal facilities are to be pulled down.
