Airdrome Maikhe Welcomes to Rise Up in the Air

VLADIVOSTOK. 3 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Gathering of superlight jets (up to 500 kgs) will take place on these weekends at the airdrome Maikhe, near townhill Shtikovo.
This airshow is timed to celebrate 70th anniversary of Artyom. Several tens of superlight and light jets, helicopters, hang-gliders and paragliders are going to participate. Amateurs from Vladivostok, Arseniev, Artyom, Ussuriisk, Partizansk, Spassk-Dalniy, Khabarovska and Komsomolsk-on-Amur will represent their avian skills.
Program includes also presentation of avian models and a bard concert. At the airdrome visitors will see hand-made flying vehicles and constructed at the factory. It must be noticed, that in spite of some “toyish” look of flying vehicles its price comes to hundred thousands dollars.
All visitors will know history of any flying jets and be able to rise up in the air on it.
