VOSTOK-MEDIA - Russian students received thanks from North Korea. 16-year-old student in grade 11 of municipal school from Artem Dmitry Bulgakov received certificate of merit from the leadership of the international camp DPRK for people in trouble.According to the Office of the MOI of Russia for the Primorye Territory: this summer Dmitry Bulgakov, the son of an employee of the city OMVD Russia Artem Police Major Marina Bulgakova, rested in the international camp in North Korea.
