Army will conscript 12 500 people in the Eastern Military District

KHABAROVSK. October 4. VOSTOK-MEDIA –In autumn army will conscript 12 500 people in the Eastern Military District 500. This is six thousand less than in spring.
According to RIA "Vostok-Media" press secretary Igor Mugina TSB commander, one-fifth of all fall recruits must have a college education. 80% of all recruits sent to training units.
Another feature of the fall recruiting campaign will be giving recruits debit cards where their monthly payments will be transferred.
