Vladimir Putin congratulated Laotian people. Russian prime Minister is sure relations between Laos and Russia will keep improving for benefits of both nations
VLADIVOSTOK. 4 December. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent congratulations to Prime Minister of Democratic People’s Republic of Laos on the 33d Anniversary of DPRL proclamation.
The telegram says: “We are sure that friendship and mutually-beneficial cooperation between Laos and Russia will develop for benefits of both nations and peace and stability in the APR”.
