As you know, in early summer "curfew" was declared on the entire territory of Primorsky Krai. Adolescents under the age of 16 banned from walking without adult supervision from 23 to 6 am. It was enshrined in the Regional Law on Protection of the Rights of the Child in the Primorsky Territory.
Such a measure, according to lawmakers, should reduce the number of offenses committed by juveniles and to protect children against the negative phenomena among young people. The law was supposed to have an impact on parents who are not a responsible attitude to parenting.
