General contractor of construction projects APEC challenged claims in arbitration
VLADIVOSTOK. February 5. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The decision of the trial court, which granted the claims of the Far Eastern Energy Company (JSC "DEC") and Far Eastern Energy Management Company (JSC "FEEMC") to recover from ZAO "Crocus International" debt for supplied electricity and heat, the general contractor of construction projects APEC Vladivostok appealed to the Fifth court of Appeals of arbitration. Handling complaints on 11 (DEC) and 12 (FEEMC) in February 2013.
