"Every leader has to deal with the problems of youth, the future of our country - said Sergei Darkin. - This year, in the structure of the regional administration, we established the Office of Youth Affairs of Primorsky Krai. Projects realized in Primorye today - APEC-2012, construction of a petrochemical plant and pipeline - are the new jobs that will be needed. "With these projects we will be able to retain youth in the province", - said Sergei Darkin.
