Prisoner exchange is held under control of OSCE in township Karaleti
VLADIVOSTOK. 5 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Military Observers of OSCE on Thursday the first time gained a possibility to control ways to Tshinvali from the Georgian township Karaleti.
“Access to this zone have been a priority for OSCE and international partners and we are satisfied with this important step forward”, - said Head of OSCE Mission in Georgia Terhi Hakala.
“After recent fights in Georgia in August OSCE and Fin Chairmanship have been intensively working to lower intense between sides”, - notified in communiqué of OSCE.
