Far East seamen will not allow themselves to be drowned

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY. Dec. 5. VOSTOK MEDIA - The Russian merchant fleet began a protest under the slogan "Do not let yourself drown" against the new position of graduating members of ships' crews.
According to this provision, in the opinion of the Russian Seamen's Union (RPSM) will be closed the road to seagoing ships nautical school graduates who have received specialty navigators. These specialists will have the right to work only on vessels of coastal navigation, and the mechanics of secondary education in commanding positions in the Navy has no place at all, they can work only minders.
