Far Eastern State University to be Base for Pacific Federal Research University

VLADIVOSTOK. May 6. VOSTOK MEDIA – Pacific Federal Research University is planed to be established in Vladivostok.
Vostok Media reports that in university administration of Far Eastern State University, at the direction of Russian Government it is prescribed to present a project of Pacific Federal Research University creation. This decision is made taking into account previously examined projects of South University and Siberian University.

The president of Far Eastern State University considers that today, a worthy science educational and research base is established thanks to Education project realization. And this base allows to pretend to a leading position among Far Eastern Universities. 1 billion dollars won by the University within the limits of the Education project was spent for completion of Far Eastern State University’s research laboratories and departments
