Russian electronic money system is falling under control

Vladivostok. October 6. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Act on the national payment system came into force.
The original idea - to replace the system of «Visa» and «Master Card» - did not find support. The document merely regulates all financial transactions carried out electronically.
The most important thing for consumers is that the so-called virtual money fall under the jurisdiction of this law. All kinds of "electronic wallets", which are now very popular, until recently, were not regulated by any laws.
