The mayor of Vladivostok was stuck in a traffic jam and it was an unforgettable experience

Vladivostok. October 6. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The head of Vladivostok talked about his working day in his blog.
"Good afternoon. I spent my morning in the "dead" traffic jam - at Nekrasovski where transit but stalled and of course traffic from Zarya stopped. After escaping the traffic jam i checked the quality of construction in several sites adjoining to apartment buildings” he wrote in his blog.
