The low percentage of votes cast for the "United Russia" across the country began to talk immediately after the announcement of preliminary election results on December 4. In the quest to collect 65% of the votes, the party won in some regions up to 35%. Primorsky Krai was no exception to the general trend - the result at 2:00 local time (19:00 GMT) December 6 was 33.10% (244 233 voters) turnout at 42.46% (650 540 voters out of 1,507,759 registered) .
