Putins victory in China was celebrated with fireworks

VOSTOK MEDIA - Government of the Chinese city of Heihe, situated on the border with the Amur Region of Russia, sent a congratulatory letter to mayor of Blagoveshchensk in connection with the victory of Vladimir Putin in the presidential election."So China wants to express its solidarity with the Russians, who voted for Vladimir Putin. The letter also contained a notice under which the inhabitants of Blagoveshchensk are to arrange congratulatory fireworks "- said the city administration on Tuesday.
