Mayor of Vladivostok city abolished an order which allows lending of 100 square ha ground lands

VLADIVOSTOK. July 7. VOSTOK MEDIA –Mayor of Vladivostok city abolished an order which allows lending of 100 ha ground lands, reports Press Service of Vladivostok Principal.
Orders, enacted on 13th and 22nd of May by Department of Municipal Property, Urban Planning and Architecture (UMIGA), allowing individual and artificial persons to lease municipal ground lands in term of 49 years, were abolished. Total area of which comprises 100 ha. Mayor decision bases on results of current revision of UMIGA, held under control of First Deputy Alexey Sukhov. It was revealed that the enacted orders went against the Code of Land Laws of the Russian Federation. Legislator orders to hold this process under the terms of transparency, publicity and efficient use. However, lands chartered to commercial organizations and individuals were of target value as those:
•bushwalks and Sunday rest of city residents;
•sightseeing walking tours;
•drive in cinemas;
•stay and rest of tourists;
•the seashore walks and etc.
In 2004-2008 large ground lands of target value were given in lease of individuals working in Administration and some commercial organizations. Department of Federal Registration Service of Primorsky Krai was officially informed about the enacted abolishing order. All the necessary information about the repealing decision will be also presented to the Public Prosecution Office.
