Russia Lifts Ban on Dairy Products fromBelarus

The ban on imports has been ended on July 1
VLADIVOSTOK. July 7. VOSTOK-MEDIA - Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has lifted a ban on imports of diary products from Belarus previously imposed on 11 Belarusian companies. The reason for the imposition of the ban was numerous detections of banned and life-threatening substances.
Prior to this Rosselkhoznadzor detected tetracycline antibiotic in milk products produced by Belarusian companies. According to specialists this antibiotic poses a grave threat to health.
