Geyser Eruption On-Line!

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKIY. 8 December. VOSTOK-MEDIA. The presentation of the joint WWF and Kronotskiy sanctuary project “Way to sanctuary world” has been held in Kamchatka. Now everyone can watch the unique Gayser Valley world on-line.
“We highly appreciate the importance of such project and are glad to contribute to development of Kronotskiy sanctuary. Due to satellite channel now it is possible to provide translation from web cameras set in the Geyser Valley. We have provided all Internet users with the unique opportunity to know more about special natural wonder not making any harm to the natural object”, - says marketing mananger Anna Tugolukova.
Webcam produces photo-and video-files of erupting geysers several times a day. This projects provides opportunity for disabled people and people with a lack of finances to watch the eruptions. Scientists now can monitor the processes.
Specialists believe that this project will motivate international community in ecological tourism that will result in increasing flow of tourist to Kamchatka and draw more finances to Krai’s economy.
