Auto Protest Unofficial?

VLADIVOSTOK. 10 December. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Auto dealers refused participation in the protest action of auto owners scheduled on December, 14.
Earlier all protest actions were held under the auspices of the Public Movement “Society of Motorist Protection of Primorskiy Krai”, headed by businessman and deputy of the City Duma Dmitriy Penyaz. However, now the society refused to participate. A new leader of the protest action has become a journalist Anastasiya Zagoruiko. Earlier, Ms Zagoruiko has not been very interested in auto problems and dealt with jobbing work cooperating with federal information agencies.
Participants of the action are thought to sign a petition to the RF General Attorney Office to ask if the legislative initiatives on right wheel cars import restrictions are legal.
Tough restrictions were initiated after a number of violations of auto dealers related to imported “auto constructors” and non-compliance of Japanese vehicles to Russian Road Rules Code.
