Dear Compatriots!
On behalf of citizens of the island Sakhalin Oblast I congratulate you with the 70th Anniversary of Primorskiy Krai! Today Primorye is stable, economically developing region of the Russian Far East. It is colossal industrial, scientific, military, technique and cultural potential of Russia. Year by year social and economic ties with the Sakhalin Oblast are being strengthened.
Citizens of Primorye differ with their business grip, work managing, love to their small motherland, and great culture of official and human relations. Thanks to their efforts Primorye has become one of the dynamically developing regions at the Russian Far East.
Together, we successfully implement joint investment projects in various fields of the economy; soon Sakhalin gas will reach Primoryans ‘houses. I am sure the hosting of the Asian-Pacific Economic Council 2012 will stimulate developing process of Primorye.
On the 70th Anniversary I wish all Primoryans new accomplishments for the good of our great Russia, sureness in the future and family happiness!
