Illegal Sea Cucumber

VLADIVOSTOK. 10 October. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Since the beginning of October custom officers have for teh 4th time seized illegally netted trepang and left it into the ocean. Total amount reached 2300 creatures. Possible damage to water resources counted for 200 thousand roubles.
According to statistics from the Federal Security Service in Primorskiy Krai, the biggest catch was taken in the bay Aleut where custom officers arrested a citizen of the RF on the motor boat. He used diving equipment for catching trepang. On the boat officers discovered 4 bags of sea cucumber or 1850 creatures. After ichthyologists conclusion trepang was left into the water.
Investigation process on the illegal catch has been started. Initiating of proceedings will start after investigation process results.
