VLADIVOSTOK. December 10. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Today, Vladivostok Museum and Exhibition Center (6, Petra Velikogo Street) hosts exhibition of military history models in miniature called “Army on the Palm”.

The exhibit features more than 1,000 figurines of Russian, French and Prussian soldiers in the Seven Years War, which lasted from 1756 to 1762, and the Napoleonic Wars 1805-1815. All scale models are skillfully made by Konstantin Vorozhbit, who has 25-year experience in military scale models, press service of the Museum reports.

The 60mm-high figurines designed in 1:32 scale is the international size standard for military scale figures because these dimensions allows to reproduce accurately miniature parts of outfit and weapons. It takes 3 to 15 hours to make a figurine. All models are made of plastic and wire frame. The first exhibition of Konstantin Vorozhbit was held in Vladivostok 10 years ago.
