Legendary Karate Master Arrives to Moscow to Award Vladimir Putin Black Belt

VLADIVOSTOK. December 10. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The legendary master of Karate Kyokushin Kai-Kan Royama Hatsuo, Japanese champion, all-round championship silver medalist, arrives to Moscow to award Vladimir Putin 7th Dan Black Belt in karate Kyokushin Kai-Kan.

The award giving ceremony is expected to be held in the framework of the 6th Kyokushin Kai-Kan National Championship.

According to Allsport news agency, Royama Hatsuo holds Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in high esteem and in 2001 the karate master has already awarded Vladimir Putin the 5th Dan.

Another reason for the mater’s visit to Moscow is that he is willing to support the Japanese children’s and youth team, which will compete in Kyokushin Kai-Kan Youth Championship with young Russians as well as with the national teams of Belorussia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and Azerbaidjan.
