Deputies adopted the budget of the Khabarovsk Territory at 2016
The Legislature of the Khabarovsk Territory took up a draft of the regional budget for 2016 at an extraordinary meeting in the third and final reading. The main financial document was processed and supplemented 1.5 months, the deficit at the same time remained at approximately the same level as initially planned - a little more than 10 billion rubles.
Earlier, a draft law was approved by the Duma on a permanent committee of budget, taxes and economic development. As noted in the report by its chairman Natalya Pudovkina, the total amount of revenues regional treasury next year is set at 68.07 billion rubles. More than 56 billion will part of the tax and non-tax revenues of about $ 12 billion - a variety of gratuitous receipts, the lion's share of which is expected from the federal budget. The amount of spending in the region will amount to 78.1 billion rubles.
Authors of the bill set the limit on the amount of public debt the Khabarovsk Territory in the amount of 56.2 billion rubles. As the first deputy chairman of the regional parliament, Sergei Lugovskoy said, in 2015 MP’s did a great job to put the commercial debt of the region in fiscal debts.
"Only due to this the Government Khabarovsk Territory managed to save about one billion rubles. The budget is always given a hard time, we have in previous years, and now try to keep its social orientation. In the beginning of the year, we were afraid that we would take a more critical version, but the economy suggests that next year is expected, even a slight increase in the gross regional product - a small, within one percent. This suggests that the regional budget still balanced", - said the parliamentarian.
He stressed that the regional authorities do not assume the additional budgetary obligations, trying to accomplish something that is guaranteed in the social sphere. Most of the participants of the meeting agreed with the recommendations of the relevant committee and the regional budget was adopted without any debate and demarches opposition factions.
