VLADIVOSTOK. February 10. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Russian President awarded the Order of Friendship of the South Korean city of Incheon Mayor Song Young-Gilyu and Honorary Consul General of the Russian Federation in Incheon Chung Hon.The meeting took place on the eve of the anniversary of the battle at sea Chemulpo (now Inchon), in which 9 February 1904 the legendary cruiser "Varyag" took an unequal battle.
