The amendment permits pawning of bioresources catch quota
PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY. VOSTOK-MEDIA – The RF Government is ready to make an amendment in Fisheries Law, which will permit pawing of bio-resources catch quota. This was stated by Vladimir Putin at the conference in Komsomolsk-on-Amur during his working trip around the Far Eastern Federal District.
“We will surely make this amendment, if needed” –stated Vladimir .
