VLADIVOSTOK. May 12. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Lawyers of the ex-mayor of Vladivostok have denied that he had been detained in Panama.
Lawyers of Vladimir Nikolayev have denounced the reports about his detention, which had been circulated by local media outlets, saying it was just another newspaper hoax.
At present, it is not clear where he is located. Nikolayev is said to be receiving medical treatment abroad, Novosti daily reported.
