Vladivostok. July 12. VOSTOK-MEDIA - The State Duma will consider legislation that provides additional measures of social support of servicemen, citizens, military service by conscription.
Under the agreement, citizens, designed for military service are exempt from work and school while maintaining a permanent place for them, work and school, and paying the average wage of the Federation and scholarships at the place of work and study.
