Ash emissions can reach 5 kilometers high
PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKIY. 12 September. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Volcano Shiveluch in Kamchatka has woken up again. Seismologists registered hundreds of weak earth tremors. Ash clouds have stretched out several kilometers and can cause a challenge to air crafts.
Inhabited areas are not in danger yet but in case ash emissions will reach high percentage in the air this can cause intoxication of the population.
