APEC Preparation As Scheduled?

VLADIVOSTOK. 12 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. Minster of Regional Development, Viktor Basargin, arrives at Vladivostok on November, 14. the goal of the official visit is control over preparation program of APEC 2012 implementation .
Soon after the arrival an official meeting will be held in Airport “Vladivostok” on the issue of total airport reconstruction. It is planned to construct a new airport including the second landing line for large-fuselaged jets, new lines with navigation equipment and international terminal with carrying capacity of 1.500 people an hour.
At the meeting Mr Basargin will listen to a report from Federal Air Agency and make an inspection of airport. Then Viktor Basargin will visit construction grounds of two bridges across the Golden Horn Bay and Bosporus Eastern Bay on Russkiy Island. Given construction works have been under special control of inspecting groups, Mr Basargin will be especially introduced with a bridge construction technology on the spot.
In the framework of the working meeting, Mr Basargijn will visit Russian Island to monitor the stage the construction process of the first rate APEC objects is at.
The second working day will see Viktor Basargin holding a meeting on implementation of programs for APEC preparation.
