New Olympic Sports

VLADIVOSTOK. 12 November. VOSTOK-MEDIA. New sports will be included into Olympic Games program 2016.
Decision will be taken at the meeting of Olympic program Committee in Lausanne.
Since 2005 two kinds of sports were excluded such as: baseball and softball. New sports categories have not been included yet.
Nominations in Olympic program 2016 this time have become golf, karate, roller skating, rugby, squash, baseball and soft ball that are nominated again.
Representatives of every nomination will have an hour to report to the program committee on November, 14 in Lausanne. Finally, the program of Olympic Games will be adopted at the 121st session of International Olympic Committee in Copenhagen in October, 2009.
Contenders to hold Olympic Games 2016 are Chicago, Madrid, Rio-de-Janeiro and Tokyo.
