And already this year, they can come into force, writes "Rossiyskaya Gazeta".Airports and air carriers will have to take care of special equipment for disabled passengers. Its not just about wheelchairs, but also on special lifts for boarding the aircraft. In addition, specially trained staff will have to help these people during the whole journey, from the moment of check-in and finishing the route. The excuses that there is no airport or airplane for passengers with disabilities, and so they were refused service, are no longer accepted.
