S Korean Students will Enhance Their Russian Language Skills in FENU

20 South Korean students will start to study in September

VLADIVOSTOK. July 13. VOSTOK-MEDIA – Twenty South Korean students studying Russian language in Seoul-based Chung-Ang University will practice Russian in the Far Eastern National University (FENU) for the whole autumn term.
This agreement was reached during the recent visit of delegation consisting of Dean of institute of Foreign Studies Kwong Ikho and the famous Korean slavist, translator of classic Russian literature Kim Seil.
“The Seoul-based Chung-Ang University is one of the oldest Asian centers for the studies of Slavic languages”, - said Alexey Starichkov, Director of FENU International Department. “The Department Russian Language and Literature alone has as many as 200 students. From now on a part of senior students will enhance their Russian language skills in FENU.“
